I have contacted support team letting know that i did not get last month babybox,still did not get box or refund to my card.

This is a scam. For all of you that got charged and haven't heard back you need to call your bank and have them refund it and block them from charging you again. Even my bank already knew what i was talking about. She said she had more than myself calling in about this.

I just received my box and I am honestly pretty impressed for this being a new thing! I got a few full size products and all at a small fee. I will definitely be getting another!

It took over a month to receive my first “free” box and the products are okay, but the eyeshadow palette isn’t what it states ( it’s nude) and the card says shimmer. I look bad in neutral colors. I hope the box I was charge for is better and worth the money.
