Worst customer service ever. They will not respond to you despite being in the wrong. I signed up for the free sample then despite cancelling my account, they charged me for another parcel. Ridiculous. I wish I had never even come across them.

I got this for my daughter and the product was not sealed some items looked used and there were items that we didn't know what they were for or how to use. I was very dissapointed and dissatisfied any other boxes I get from different companies give a card with product names and uses. I chatted with a live representative and was told I can not cancel my subscription I will be contacting my banks fraud center and will have the box returned to sender and let my fraud team handle this. I do not recommend. A free trial is to be able to try out a companies product so you can see if satisfied. I will be sticking with ipsy and target atleast I know what I'm getting and a short explanation of use. I'm just extremely upset that I am being forced products that I am less than dissatisfied with!!!!!!

I signed up for the trial package on the 28/06/2019 and paid 7.95$ then on 01/07/2019 I was charged again this time for full price, 36.95$ . In the publications + on the website it says that they send out a package once a month, so how after two and a half days I get a charge again, without receiving the first package and see if I'm satisfied with it and would like to continue ???! they lost me as a customer - if you charge even before receiving the package! I am not interested in the service. In addition, I tried to connect to the site with my email and it gives me a message that no account found with that email. I tried to log in to my account to disconnect the service! + they never reply to the emails i sent.

Absolutely can’t wait for my box to get here! My package shipped and had a shipping tracker less than 24 hours after purchasing and it was during a holiday!
