I got a subscription for the babe box and it still hasnt shipped. I havent received confirmation that my box has been sent its been over a week. Also i have been trying to get ahold of customer service for the past couple of days there is no phone number just an email address. So far im not a fan!

I ordered & received my 1st babebox. It was free with $6.95 shipping. The shipping was timely. The contents of the box were not what I was expecting. I knew that paying for shipping only for the 1st box that I was agreeing to pay full price for the 2nd month. I thought I would be receiving products offered on the Focallure website. I received 5 items in my box. A face mask with all Chinese writing so I have no clue of ingredients & directions, a broken twist up product brush that also has no product, makeup brushes, lipliner, & glitter eyeshadow gel. I’m really apprehensive about paying for a second month after being so disappointed with the introductory box. 😕

I think this company giving the first box free is amazing and each item looks awesome. I'm going to promote and all my friends will have this box.

If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. They misleadingly charged my account for more than one BabeBox-BEFORE the first box even shipped! I have been trying to get a hold of customer service all day to help me, but I have gotten a total of 1 email in an entire 24 hours. I send multiple emails to multiple people, but have heard nothing. My recommendation is to NOT give this company and business.

The cosmetics are amazing! You can't beat it for the price.
