Love their product!

I subscribed and received my free box. By receiving I mran it has been send to me, It haven't been delivered but I got a tracking number and they keep me up to date. The progress did take longer then expected. Was sended on the 12th July still not in my country, 'South Africa'. Also u pay for shipping. I will write a review on the products and let you know what I think.

Hi there. My experience with purchasing products from the easy to use website was smooth sailing. At the moment im still waiting for my package. So ive only mentioned the use of the website and how manageable it is.

Honestly this is the worst company I've ever recieved a subscription box from. The customer service department is an absolute joke, and their policies are not followed, such as return policies and customer satisfaction policies even though they're clearly explained on the policy page. I've tried cancelling several times but all i get is reps telling me i can not cancel but i can pay $25 instead. This box has a value of $25 or less and the products are garbage. Please save yourself the headache and the money and do not order ANYTHING from here.

Received the "free" box with no info guide. Products were horribly cheap. Paid $35 for the second box and almost a month later still haven't received it. Waste of money.

I honestly signed up to get free makeup products . I loved that they were able to give you full sets plus a discount for other products that you can buy from. I think it’s a great marketing tool to get customers to buy your products. So far haven’t gotten my stuff yet but I’ll do another review.

The products that I have tried have all been great picks for me... They have helped in many way.. from the skin care products to the makeup an the brushes an perfume.. I have not has a single thing disappoint me yet.. So Far I've not been disappointed by anything I have received from Focallure...
