I haven't received my stove yet so I will write another review as soon as I do. This review is going to be for my buying experience. Natasha was the one helping me to pick the right stove. She went over and above the call of duty for sure. She had me send pictures of my kitchen to best pick the stove to make my kitchen pop with elegance. I went with the antique white stove because my kitchen has a lot of warm tones, I never would have thought of a drive with color, but when I saw this stove in the picture against my granite countertops it looked breathtaking. So needless to say I purchased it! She has kept in contact with me telling me where they are at with my delivery. So I'm so excited to get my stove for the best Christmas present ever, besides Jesus He's number one ❤️

I needed to purchase an expensive induction range, had done significant research, and still had lots of questions. Natasha N was super knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about providing excellent customer service to help people determine the best fit for their new kitchen. Beyond stoked about the purchase! Thank you, Natasha!

I ordered multiple appliances and had two that were the wrong finish. I sent an email around 10 pm and had someone call me within a few minutes. They are very professional and resolved my issue right away.

Shopappliances was the ONLY company I was able to find the model fridge we were looking for. Throughout the process we had questions and Henry was incredible, attentive, and extremely helpful. I will be purchasing future appliances from them, for sure! Much better than the BIG box stores and the best price too.

I am an elderly person living in a very small community in mid-Michigan. I was told that Speed Queen washing machines are the best home washing machines. I found SHOP APPLIANCE carries speed queen washers. After deciding what I hope will serve my needs, I saw that they'd have to be shipped here and called the support phone number to find out more details. I spoke with ALFRED about my concerns. He was able to make arrangements that would fit my needs and got my order all completed as I asked. I could not have asked for better customer support and service. He was very patient and listened to me and took care of my needs. I was determined to get a Speed Queen laundry set after my approximately 2 year old washing machine crashed and would have cost more than it is worth to repair. It should have lasted longer than 2 years!! Alfred helped me accomplish that. I didn't feel taken advantage of or treated badly as happens frequently to elderly customers. THANK YOU!!
