Incredible Customer Service Experience
Our old Fridge went and after being unable to get the Fridge we wanted on short notice from any of the bid retailers quickly. My wife did a search for the model and found The LG she wanted at Shop Appliances. I called and spoke to an extremely helpful person. Natasha couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Worked with my on price and details and gave us a very quick delivery of a few days. Was then even more pleasantly surprised when she called me back and hour later and got me us a next day delivery. Also called later that delivery date to follow up on delivery and service. If I could give her and Shop Appl 6 stars I would!

Great Customer Service
I just placed my order a few days ago, but have had amazing customer service from the team. Very communicative on next steps and they even honored a sale I just missed with a price match. I can't wait to get my new oven, and I'm looking forward to ordering from here again!

Excellent customer service and care experience
I made my first ever purchase on ShopAppliances.com and I must say it's been a great experience! The communication with them was fast and smooth. Every email I sent was answered in less than an hour and also they called me and answered even on weekends. My issue with the order and delivery were professionally handled and resolved quickly to my satisfaction as they themselves followed up till it was closed. They also spent good amount of time with me helping me choose between the two refrigerator models. Yes, they truly care about customer care which is rare these days with online companies. I will certainly consider buying again from ShopAppliances.com
