I ordered an Easton OG softball bat thru Abunda Monday night and it arrived here as advertised this morning and it looks great and will be used this weekend by my daughter. Came in a box still in the wrapper with the Easton warranty on it, so satisfied customer and the payment plan options for what I needed were great…

I purchased a set of golf clubs for a present and the packaged seemed to be lost in transit. When I reached out to Abunda they promptly took care of it, sent a replacement and updated the tracking to ensure my package would arrive safely. The overall experience was more than I could ask for and special shout out to Cassie for ensuring it was all smooth!

I placed an order on April 18. Then, I was provided a tracking number. However, on May 23, the tracking still shows: "USPS Awaiting Item." I contacted Abunda a couple of times about a refund, but they kept putting me off. I finally had a file a dispute with PayPal.

Hi Larry, I totally get the frustration of watching a tracking page that never moves. 🫤 I’m really sorry it dragged on. Here’s what happened behind the scenes: because Abunda acts like a marketplace, we had to contact the seller for answers. When they couldn’t deliver, we stepped in, removed them from our platform, and sent your full PayPal refund on May 28. If the package ever does turn up, it’s yours to keep. I know that doesn’t erase the hassle, but here’s a small discount code for next time: TP20 - for you or anyone reading this. Thanks for giving us the chance to make things right. If you ever need a hand, just reach out. 😊 KN Abunda Team
