1.Lead time from placing order to the date of delivery to our home - 8 weeks. Company advertise 5 weeks lead time on their website. 2. We ordered leather sleeper sofa bed for RV- to our surprise the only leather part on this sofa is front. Everything else (sides, back....)is made from synthetic material. Thankfully color is matching, we paid top price and expected this piece to be made from leather. 3. Frame- It look strong, however the mechanism that converts sofa to bed is very ridged and it takes two strong people to convert this seat to bed. We will need to take this to shop near where we live, and see if anything can be udjusted because as it is is not workable. It will be extra cost to make it usable. We decided to keep this couch since return policy is very inflexible, plus we want to start our travels and do not have time to wait another 8 weeks. Time will tell how this piece will hold up after few trips. Looking back on this experience I will never order any furnitures without seeing them first at the showroom. We consider it lesson learn. I will recommend this company only to people that have ability to go to the showroom and see what they actually ordering. The website is beautiful but not explaining what Leather means in their description.

I worked with Sandra Faz for over 2 weeks to place my order. She went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered and supplied me with additional information and even photos. I have ordered from this company on 2 separate occasions with each order at $1,000 or more. My second order was placed on 4/7/2015. It was supposed to ship on 5/22/2015. So far I have received no tracking information and no responses to my email inquiries. Upon calling I am told it was shipped but no one will tell me the name of the carrier or a tracking number. I paid $226 just for shipping and they have no tracking number? We are leaving on a long trip 6/10/2015 and I am NOT confident this piece will arrive on time. This is my last order with this company.

Everyone I talked to was very helpful, Dario was the person I ordered thru and he was very good with every thing I wanted to do with my order. And I'am very hopeful when my order get's to me it will be perfect!

Sandra Fez was really helpful in determining my needs for my theater. She was able to offer custom seats for a special space which helped save on building platforms into my theater. Also gave me several options in seating, great follow up and very thorough! Great service!

Just got my 40-20-40 from shop4seats.com. I just finished the install today and you can tell it was made in America because it fit! The lady i spoke with was Clara H. she sent me samples of the leather and got my order right the first time. The service was great and the seats are outstanding. I'm looking forward to the next 300000 miles in comfort!

If you are looking for QUALITY replacement furniture for your RV you should look into this company. I was looking to upgrade all of my interior and choose the Ambassador package. I made my decision after speaking to Clara who had great knowledge of the products. she assured me they would fit in my RV and they did like a glove!! The quality of the furniture was far nicer than the original it replaced. My wife and I are so pleased with your company and products.Thanks again

Initial sales reps were friendly, but customer service issues took too long to resolve. Had to call numerous times and repeat my issue to 2-3 people each time. I was always told it would be resolved within 24 hours, but it never was. I then had to call back and do it all again. It took repeated requests to get anyone to actually do anything. Will update upon receipt of seats.
