Clara Hinojosa was extremely helpful!!.. Just one comment.... the “ready to ship” is not really ready to ship.... as my order will take 7 business days (11 calendar days) before it is shipped. Other than that great company to deal with. Will update my review once I receive my order.

We looked at numerous different types of seating, before settling on the DeLeon Recliners w/console. When we called, we were greeted by a young man named "Zach", who was quite helpful & provided all the information we asked about, & also sent material samples. After receipt of the samples, we made a decision on what we would order. Zach had sent us an email an email quote, so we called and left him a message. He returned the call, & we placed the order. He said it would be shipped in 7-10 days, but it actually was shipped on the 12th day, not a big issue, as we were in no extreme hurry to get them. Estimated delivery was 5-15, & by the tracking number, the shipment was at the local terminal on 5-14, but we were not contacted. On 5-16, I called Shop4Seats, as a follow up. The young lady that answered, immediately made contact with the shipper, & were told we would receive a call about delivery within the hour. This happened & the delivery was set for the following day. Driver arrived on time, & we unloaded the seats. (A side note), the three boxes were stacked on a pallet, & completely encased in shrink wrap. None of the boxes showed any apparent damage from being moved around, etc. The next day, we proceeded to open each of the boxes, & found them to be extremely well packaged & protected. No damage. We proceeded to do the installation in our RV, & it took about 4 hours, "start to finish"! I must say, we were impressed with the quality, workmanship, & comfort of the recliners! The power recliners work smoothly, & the lights & electrical outlets work as well! If you are planning to make a change, or add seating to your "RV", we would highly recommend "Shop4Seats.com"!

Cannot improve on perfection
