I chose my dual recliner for our RV due to the reviews. The product was of good quality and we have been enjoying it. We purchased it in November 2017. Several months ago, a metal rod (2 inches long, the diameter of pencil lead) came through one seat cushion and poked a hole in the console cushion. We cut the rod off with a metal cutting tool and thought no more about it. Then again in April, 2 more rods came through in the same area causing more damage to the material. I am disappointed that the company is saying that there is nothing they can do since the product is out of warranty. They suggested that we contact a local upholstery shop and authorize the repair at our own expense.
