Got what I wanted with no problems and fast delivery.

Very happy with products and services, and ordering is easy. The email receipt is impossible to read without changing the magnification of my screen to about 20%. I thought maybe it was a glitch on my end but it's happened twice, and every other company seems to know how to send one.

Great experience ordering directly with ResMed. I sent them my Cpap prescription and they sent me the machine I requested pre-programmed as per my doctors' orders.

I ordered a mask that was too uncomfortable to wear, reached out to Shaun and within 24 hours I had a new mask on the way that works much better. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.

Good products but I paid the extra $15 on early Wednesday 8/31 for expedited 3 day shipping, “label created” 9/1 by FedEx & if I am luckypackage arrives 9/6? All this because my original $1,000+ order did not include required part for operation I was not told about in verbal conversation or on website. Misleading, incomplete & bad service. :(
