The internet site was easy to understand. Staff was very helpful.

At last I purchased the hose cover that is made for my Resmed AirSense 11. I was having rainout in my mask with 3rd party cover. This solved that and I am using less water. All now seems adjusted correctly with humidity level at auto and hose at 84. This fits snugly, is easy to remove and install. The 4 other 3rd Party covers I previously purchased were a waste of money.

When I called to say that my order was stalled in Georgia for a week and that I was going out of the country in a few days, the order was fast tracked and I got it today on 11/14. I am leaving 11/15

My Airmini couldn't be shipped to Canada so I had to pick it up it up at a FedEx depot in Vermont. I knew in advance what I was up against. When I opened the package there was no travel bag and when I pointed that out to the company, I guess they didn't believe me so I had to send a picture of everything I received to prove my point. They still couldn't mail me that bag to Canada!!!! So I have to pick that up in Vermont...in spite of it being their mistake...very frustrating!

The person who took my order was well informed and very helpful. The follow up was very much appreciated.

I really appreciate that I was able to talk to people at resmed to help me navigate getting the right equipment for me. they listened and were very helpful.

I like this bag - it makes it way easier to travel with my travel machine
