The shipping was fast payment was easy
The shipping was fast payment was easy. My machine works great. Customer service was very helpful. The only thing that tool the longest was getting my VA doctor to get my prescription sent over

Some Good and Some Frustrating.
So far, mostly good. The device is confusing- so I have utilized Utube to educate myself. I certainly don't like what the mask is doing to my face. Sometimes, my face is red and the mask also breaks down my facial muscles. Another issue is not related to the actual machine. Due to the fact that I have to physically sign tripsfor your shipments, I am never able to be home to sign for them and I made 2 trips to UPS to pick up and they were closed. So I gave up. Whatever, you sent me I never received.

Customer service was an enormous help…
Customer service was an enormous help with my order that I made errors in placing. They fixed my errors and refunded and placed replacement orders. Everything arrived without issue and on time. Extremely pleased with every aspect of service and products received.
