My only problem was really on my end. I did not know which doctor to contact for my prescription, thus I spent time going between them.

I ordered an AirMini, adding my prescription information, and expected a prompt response and delivery. Unfortunately, the prescription wording and style was not completely acceptable to the processing team, creating delays in delivery. Ultimately, after multiple emails, a direct conversation with one of the Respiratory Therapists was required. The discussion was helpful in resolving the confusion. I think that a direct discussion prior to rejecting an order would have been helpful. Regardless, the processing of the order was excellent, the delivery was prompt, and the follow-up after the delivery has been good. For me, this product is easier to use than the Airsense. It is less complicated to wear, and it provides a good sleep assessment program for the iPhone. I wanted to use it for travel, and it will be much more useful, in that regard.

Equipment easy to set up and operate with the easy to follow directions. The customer rep, Shawn, has been outstanding in answering questions and making suggestions to assist me in adapting to the equipment.

Very compact. However initial use left me with a fair amount of nasal congestion. Significant sinus buildup with runny nose for several days. Maybe because it was new and possibly manufacturing residue?

Easy purchase and fast shipping. I had my Dr send my prescription to me and uploaded it to the website and all was approved within an hour.

Resmed is very helpful and easy to deal with. Shipping was fast and reliable. Only real suggestion would be for Resmed to expand product offerings to allow for the purchase of the individual parts to a headset rather than just the complete set

Love the product and enjoying both my AirSense11 and my Travel Airmini

I am very pleased with my purchase of Air Mini. I had to call customer service for a different mask and they were very nice and happy to make me feel satisfied.
