Complete "Customer Service" FAIL. Find another company to deal with. There are plenty out there with infinitely better service.

Late and no customer service.
The item I order 3 day select did not arrive for a week. I left two messages which neither were returned. I am returning the item as it came too late post surgically. Not a company I would work with again or recommend.

As general it works well
As general it works well, but straps are hard to adjust. They can be smoother fabric, as car or plane straps.

Contacted 3 times with no response
I contacted Shop-Orthopedics three times in the last two weeks regarding a return and they have yet to respond to me. I am beyond frustrated and will never shop with this company again.
