Above and beyond what most companies will do!!!
We ordered a knee attachment for the Breg Polar Care Kodiak. As it turned out, it was the wrong attachment. I called the company, I spoke with the nicest guy, I think Greg, and the problem was solved. I order many things online, and rarely do I ever come across a company that goes out of their way to help you!! Truly amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend ordering directly from them!! We will definitely use them again!! Absolutely can't say enough good things about this company!!

Shippping Responsiveness
Since I won't use the product until after my surgery, all I can review is the ease with which I found the product online and the quickness with which I received it. I haven't opened it yet and am a little uncertain as to whether it needs to be inflated or not but trust there are directions -- not visible now, with the wrap still around the product -- inside.

Although I ordered and expected a brand …
Although I ordered and expected a brand new brace, the Ossur Unloader One Lite I received was obviously one that had been returned. Thankfully, It was in excellent condition and therefore I accepted it. Shipping was prompt.
