I ordered the wrist hand thumb brace as per my doctor. Shop Orthopedics had the best price, easy to order, and very efficient shipping. I hope I don't need any more remedial products but if I do, I will order again from this company.

My initial review was harsh because after ordering a specific item we were sent an incorrect item by the manufacturer. The item was not going to work for our client and it did cause a delay for our company to provide the type of product and care we strive to give our clients on a consistent basis. The folks at shop-orthotics.com were very responsive to the issue and did all that they could to remedy the situation. I am thankful for their quick response and help with the matter. I would contact them again for future needs.

I've used the same brace for years and Orthopedics was the quickest to ship of all the vendors I've used in the past. They also seem to be about the same price if not a bit cheaper than the rest.

After many calls, we have still not gotten our REPLACEMENT belt !! It has been paid for and just didn't fit --------- why not replace it NOW ???
