Didn't think I'd need it, but lately I've been starting to worry my back, so I decided to look for something to relieve some muscle tension. The counselor showed me anything that might come in handy. The order was done quickly.

Awful experience. Bought a knee brace. I e mailed for a return label. it was too small. They sent the label. I packed the item and sent it via UPS ground (the return label). Have never heard it was received or payment refunded. Called over and over. (Always got recording that call would be returned in 5 hours) Sent one after another e mails. Finally got response with instructions on how to refund and get label which I had done, signed by Travis. I did get the original return label through the website. To date: no response, no refund.

Very costly mistake after payin $13 extra for 3 day shipping and $16 to send it back. Please read below: They refused my return because they found a long hair and I did not have the plastic it came in! I’m very upset it was in perfect condition, this was my response. Beware they want to charge me to get it back! Very poor customer service! My response to them. I have long hair, keep it I will be contacting the better business bureau along with writing several reviews on social media. You’re company should be ashamed of their practices. I’m having surgery and will know longer look to your company for any support I need. I wore that brace one day to the doctor and he told me not to. It cost me $16 to send that back to you, in the future you should make others aware of the way you handle customer service.

I would not order directly from this company again! I never received confirmation of my order until after the package arrived. Because it took so long to get my order, I had to order the same item from Amazon because Shop Orthopedics' website repeatedly said "processing" for my order everytime I checked the website. I emailed customer service to cancel my order and I was told it was already shipped out and I could return it after I recieved it. The package from Amazon arrived before the one from this company! The day after Shop Orthopedics' first package arrived, a duplicate package arrived. So, after being given a return item code, I mailed both packages back to the company. I was SHOCKED at the shipping cost that I had to pay to return the boxes: $18 each box ($36 total) for Shop Orthopedics' error. To top things off, my daughter missed several days of work while waiting for this boot to come, as her employer would not allow her to work without this particular boot. I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
