Since I've had issues with the Fuel & brake system the manual was the only alternative to try and fix my Cagiva Super City 125 during COVID-19. The manual delivered everything I needed step by step. I bought a brace for my RIGHT arm. They had one job, to send me a RIGHT brace. They sent me a brace for my left arm, I ordered a return. They told me I can pay a fee to expedite the return process. I returned their brace, and I have not gotten mine still, after 4 weeks. So i paid 40 dollars, and effectively got nothing out of it. This is during the covid pandemic yes, but i called and email about a dozen times and literally no response. 0/10
