I found the product I wanted easily on the site and it arrived on the -very easy

Needs to include instructions. I had no idea what to do with the plastic sleeve, until I googled a link showing it was shrink tape and where to place it..

It was convenient and it came on time but it didn’t work. I have the correct unit but the pad didn’t fill up up with cold water and circulate through. I would like to send it back.

While the initial shipment came without the gel pack, they were incredibly responsive and overnighted a new band next day!

Sent us the wrong product. When questioned about this said it was what we ordered. NO it was not. Advertised a special price will not honor it. Telling us not his mistake. Yes it certainly is. We are still in the middle of trying to fix this problem. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
