The product is great..and was shipped and delivered quickly..my complaint is that the night I ordered I decided to cancel and go in another direction so I left a msg. that evening..emailed the person who processed my credit card and called and left a message the next morning with the customer service person specifically cancelling the order with my name, phone number and order #..no response..A couple of days later the product was shipped.. There seems to be a glitch in the customer service department ? Thank you for your timely response to my situation. I appreciate that you care enough to let me know that you had a system failure and I will consider using you again. You do have quality products and timely shipping for sure.

I recommend this site and will order from it again, based on my (somewhat limited) experience with this website. I purchased elbow pads, which I have to wear for some time into the future because of an injury that requires I keep the area impact-free. The only reason I did not rate this site with 5 stars was that the instructions for the items were not very clear and I ended up figuring things our for myself. The pads are very price competitive compared to name brands and what you can get at surgical supply stores. The quality of the items themselves is no less than I expected. The items were ground-shipped and arrived in good condition (new items) and in the time I expected.
