I made a purchase at 8pm. I immediately realized that their website auto selected a size so I ordered the wrong size. I immediately went to chat or call but their customer service was closed. I chatted at 8am right when they opened. The order said “confirmed” when I checked it online. The customer service rep told me on the chat that my order was no longer elligible for cancellation or edits as it was “too far down the line.” I restated that my order merely says confirmed. Not shipped or even processing. I asked her in the future what is the timeline for making a cancellation. She said “sometimes 20 minutes but there is no timeline.” She then mentioned I can return the product or contact them again once the product arrives for a prepaid return label. I asked her to go ahead and send it. She stated they cannot do that. I have to wait until the order arrives before I can even get the return label. I called customer service on the phone and they maintained the same logic. Do not buy from this company. I will no longer do business here. They have no cancellation options at all and a website that automatically selects sizes. Clearly being that the order is confirmed they could cancel. My bet is it will take two weeks to get here but “the order is too far gone to cancel.” Terrible experience.

I stumbled upon this company online. I was intersted in renewing some old favorite NB shoes, couldn't find anything and then Shoe Carnival popped up. The shoes were sale priced and just what I wanted! So happy to have found Shoe Carnival!

I’ve ordered work shoes from them twice now, and both times my order arrived in just one business day with standard shipping. Their prices are very fair, and their customer service has been excellent. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt they truly deserved one!

I am extremely disappointed with Shoe Carnival’s handling of my order. I placed order #815152321, was charged in full, and never received the item. Despite this, customer service claims the package was “successfully delivered” and has refused both a refund and a reshipment, offering no meaningful proof of delivery or resolution. I thoroughly checked my address, confirmed with everyone in my household, and contacted neighbors. No package was received. Shoe Carnival’s response was essentially, “It says delivered, so we’re done,” leaving me without merchandise and without my money. This experience feels careless and dismissive of the customer. When a company takes payment but does not ensure the customer actually receives the product—and then refuses to help—that is unacceptable. I am now forced to dispute this charge with my bank and escalate the issue further. I would caution others to be aware that if something goes wrong with delivery, Shoe Carnival may not stand behind their order

After reading these review's, I was concerned about my order. I accidentally ordered the same pair two times. Knowing it was my fault I contacted Shoe Carnival via chat. The AI message sent me to a real person chat. It asked my phone number, three minutes later I received a call from the Manager. She told me she would send a free return label email. It was a great experience ordering and return. The separate shoe order came in 2 days.

So far I'm getting my item the next day after ordering. Now take into consideration that I haven't received it yet and I don't stay far from the mall where it is coming from..I'm o.k. so far, but I might be editing this review tomorrow..we will see

Charges for shipping that’s should have been 2 day delivery.product is suppose to be delivered over a week later. Not the first time this has happened. They also have the worst customer service. Very argumentative and constantly talked over you. It was there mistake not mine.
