Without any doubt, this is one of the best shipping companies I’ve ever dealt with. The service is affordable and extremely convenient at the same time. Thank you for the first experience but surely not the last.

Used this service 8 times till now. Have tried other package forwarding companies but found ShipToBox better in several things. 1. Items received added to my account same or max next day. 2. Consolidation takes usually 1 day 3. They ship the package out same day after the payment. 4. They let you fill customs declaration yourself 5. Prices are fair even though you may feel they give you wrong weight but it still cheaper than other companies at the end. 6. You can ship from their warehouse to another US address, you can pick it up yourself. 7. No monthly fees unless you have business account. 8. Have "buy for me service" (did not try it. A bit expensive in my opinion 8$ + 8%) 9. They have print label service Some things that need consideration, - special requests need more attention (couple of times they forgot to remove price tags from my items) - more efficient customer service, maybe live chat or something like that instead of whats app. Yes and do not forget to write your account number when filling your shiptobox address otherwise you will wait long time for the package to be added to your account.

Had 20 packages consolidated and sent to Australia from the US. Shiptobox did a great service consolidating the packages and very reasonable shipping rates. Also had some valuable items in there that were not tampered with. A little slow once all my packages had arrived to consolidate but communication was good. Will use again. Tip! Consolidate from the suppliers first as there is a 2 dollar receiving fee so consider that when sending low value items to your box.
