Our warehouse was operating with limited staff and was also following the safety protocols, social distancing, to sanitize and disinfect every package received and before shipping. Hi Ayman, Thank you for your feedback. There are two types of chargeable package weight: actual weight and dimensional weight (also known as volumetric weight). Actual weight, as the name suggests, is what the package actually weighs. Dimensional weight is the total you get by multiplying each side and dividing the cubic size (LxWxH / 139 = DW). Since we use our courier partners (FedEx, DHL, Aramex) services to ship your goods at a discounted rate, we also follow their shipping procedures and billing policy, and therefore we charge the highest weight of the two. Our service does not include customs duties and taxes (and any other related customs charges), this is solely the consignee's responsibility. Each destination country has its own law and regulation, and customs may assess import fees according to each item and the declared value, hence we are unable to advise the exact amount for customs may charge. Hi Daniel, Thank you for your feedback. Our encryption system not only provides a strong security measurement by making our customers credit card details inaccessible for human view, but it also alerts us if the card could be being used without authorization by the customer (for example, if the billing information does not match). In such scenarios, we ask for certain information to verify ownership, or that the customer has indeed access to the card on file. Should the verification request not be provided, or it fails the verification process, the account will be flagged or cancelled, and credit card deleted from our system. In fact, based on our records, you submitted a credit card which cardholder name did not match your name. You were informed via email that the card cannot be accepted for this reason, and to provide a valid card under your own name. But it appears you were unable to verify ownership since you requested to close your account. Regards, ShipToBox

Hi Shady, Thank you for your feedback. We are unable to process shipping requests until the funds are received. Western Union transfers may take up to 5 business days to be received.
