I have used ShipToBox many times before to consolidate my packages and save on international shipping. They also provide custom invoice service if required. They have always followed my instructions for the consolidation of my packages and got it perfectly right every time. I highly recommend them. On my last order, I made an error in submitting my order for the consolidation and I contacted STB customer support to help me fix it by WhatsApp. I was serviced by a gentleman named Adham, who went out of his way and corrected my order without any extra charges. He guided me on how I can reduce my shipping weight by removing the individual packaging of each item and drastically reduced my total shipping weight saving me hundreds of dollars. He made sure my package ships out in a timely manner and regularly updated me on the tracking progress of my shipment. He even called me on the day I received my package to confirm the delivery and made sure that my shipment was received in perfect condition without any damages in transit. I highly appreciate Adham going out of his way to provide me an excellent customer service. It is this kind of customer service that ensures I keep using their service for my future needs.
