Amazing customer service
Very good customer service, I received a phone call from Adam within hours from setting up my account, who gave me absolutely all information I needed - even those I didn’t know I needed! Has been in touch ever since, always polite and willing to help and settle things in the best possible manner for the customer. Sincere congratulations!

The best by far - from US to Iraq
The best by far! I was initially hesitant to buy online from the US while being based in Iraq, given how notoriously difficult it is to get international shipments delivered here. However, my experience was absolutely amazing. The entire process took just 7 days in total, and the shipment arrived in excellent condition. Thank you to the team for providing such a great service—keep it up! Highly recommended.

So prompt and so helpful!
Adam was such an amazing help especially on a Sunday when I had an issue with a box that arrived. He was so prompt responding to me I couldn’t recommend ship to box more!

I have just register with ShipToBox
I have just register with ShipToBox, so far so good. I have placed my order and have sent it over to them using the USA address. I spoke with Adam online who helped answer all my question and assist me through the verification process. Great service so far, lets hope it keeps going until I receive my items! :)

I had a great experience with this…
I had a great experience with this shipping and forwarding company. I purchased a laptop from Best Buy through their service, and unfortunately, I later discovered an issue with the laptop while it was still under warranty. I am currently in contact with both Best Buy and the shipping company regarding the warranty process. Mr. Adham was extremely helpful throughout the entire situation. He took the time to explain all the available options and provided detailed information about the safest, most reliable, and most cost-effective ways to ship the laptop from Germany back to the United States for warranty service. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Many thanks to Mr. Adham for the excellent support and valuable information. I truly appreciate his assistance. Five stars without a doubt!
