We've been using Shipsurance for years for our business and are very happy with the service. Recently we had an international UPS package that was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago but UPS lost it and would do nothing about it. They don't answer any emails/phones from sender/recipient, left us helpless. I'm so glad that I bought the insurance with Shipsurance. I got the money back from Shipsurance the very next day after we filed the claim! I'm so impressed by the great service Shipsurance provided! I will recommend Shipsurance to anyone!

Documentation was provided as required for a claim to be processed. Clear instructions were given by InsurePost and claim was handled in a professional and courteous manner. I have been using InsurePost and have been very happy with the service that is being provided.
