Ship Smart Inc.Reviews of shipsmart.com

My move was quoted completely and when I added items on I felt the total was more than fair. The pickup was on time, professional and courteous. The delivery was ahead of schedule and not a single item was damaged. The packing was science to me. The way things were arranged and stacked was pretty ingenious. The delivery was like the pickup: professional and courteous. Along the way, I was kept informed of every step. I don't often give an unqualified five stars, but this is it. You have to do a little sweat equity, but you know that going in.

They took care of everything. They called when they said they would, they picked up when they said they would & delivered when they said they would. It was a worry free experience. Thank you!

My experience with ShipSmart was very positive. I would use them again

ALLWAYS ON TIME

Shipped the contents of an apartment to new address. Everything was handled courteously and professionally. I would use them again.

Absolutely smooth as silk from start to finish.

I used Ship smart to move artwork from NY to FL. The Customer Service team was on point the entire time from start to finish.

Ship Smart is the greatest service around. My shipment was in Georgia and I needed it moved to Texas but did not want to drive from Ga to Tx with it. Priced several options and Ship Smart was not only better in price, it was pain free and everything arrived intact without a scratch. The packing was unbelievable. Communication was the key and everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful. I am amazed and grateful. Thank you Ship Smart!!
