Very well packed. Good service. Rather expensive.

The packing job was well done but the shipment took much longer to receive than I was told by Ship Mart personnel.

Excellent packing, customer service was very good. Pick up was fine, notification of delivery didn't happen, good thing I was home.

It was not too expensive, however I expected my furniture to arrive clean. My sofa and love seat had candy behind the pillows, popcorn too and in general it was dirty..

I didn't shop around much and the price seemed high but no complaints about service. Called to see where the 3 x 4 painting was a few days after it was scheduled to arrive and got an immediate and sound explanation.

The quote was double from nine hundred. They brought it down a couple hundred dollars. The creating was excellent and arrived undamaged. Good communication. Friendly just the quoting.....thumbs up. Do recommend ship smart service.

all went well and fast delivery ... only had two spots on some furniture where the paint was rub off in shpiping!
