Ship Smart Inc.Reviews of shipsmart.com

Your company is amazing! From my very first interaction on the phone with your service rep the awesome experience began. Fast, efficient, friendly, seamless service. Had to move my senior parents from NY to my home in VA and arrangements needed to be made during a one week visit to help my mom care for my dad who had a serious fall. I was put in contact with your company, boxes picked up, all within the same week of my visit. The excellent service experience continued when I was contacted to arrange for my boxes to be delivered to their new home. The delivery staff were all great!!! I cannot thank your company enough for making a stressful situation very easy. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. What you do day in and day out is so very much appreciated.

On time; Friendly and hardworking They got the job done right They did a great job from end to end!

Excellent experience all around. Efficient, professional, courteous service. I was kept informed all throughout the process & my delivery was smooth & easy. Highly recommended.

All of your customer service folks were prompt and helpful as my antiques traveled from our home in AZ to my nephew's new home in Wisconsin. Everything was well wrapped and arrived together & undamaged. They followed up with him as it arrived and I was always kept in the 'loop.' You were referred to us by a large moving company for whom my shipment was too small.

From the start, everything went great. I was so apprehensive about getting this family heirloom shipped across the country. I even had to change the pickup location. Even with all of the particulars involved, all went smoothly. The delivery guys were super nice and communicative delivering during rush hour. I would recommend your service to everyone!

Scheduling is easy and forthright with no hidden fees. Movers arrived on time and worked diligently and efficiently while taking excellent care while handling items. Excellent communication regarding the shipment while in transit. Delivery to destination completed safely and in a timely manner. They make moving a breeze!

I had a small shipment (2 antique tables and some assorted antique items) that Ship Smart shipped for me from California to the East Coast. They were highly professional, easy to work with and personable as well. Very easy process and great people to work with. Highly recommend them.

Employees here are so nice and easy to work with. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. Great service from start to finish.
