I would recommend Ship Smart for shipping precious items. Communication was very good. Things were packed extremely well. Overall very good experience.

Booking was easy. Due to a personal emergency we had to re-schedule which was NO problem. The couple who picked up our boxes was friendly, professional and assisted us when I needed my mother's fragile china sent to a separate address. The delivery to CA was timely, the one to DC took a lot longer than anticipated but the china arrived in perfect condition

I was extremely happy with Smart ship - the cost was greater than I expected but they picked up my items & did break a roller on a bureau but it was repaired when it reached the other end. I was not expecting that. My items were delivered safely with 1 hope chest mishap but I should be able to repair it on my own. Over all they were very professional and accommodating - I will definitely use them again!

Good and Reliable Service

They movers came as scheduled. They packed up the table and chairs and then they left. The movers emailed me and let me know. The total price. They shipped it out to Portland Oregon and it arrived in 2 weeks time. It was well packed and there was no damage when it arrived. The only thing I have a problem with was they estimated it and when they finally shipped it it cost me over 200 dollars more. The reason I chose this company was because they were 500-700 dollars cheaper than a few other movers. It was still cheaper but I ended up paying more for the shipment. It is all ok but I didnt like the extra tacked on after they shipped it.

Furniture arrived without damage, the delivery guy was awesome...bill was quite a bit higher than the estimate, but they worked with me to lower it...good over all...will use again...
