I could not be happier with the whole process from the first conversation before getting a quote, to the pickup scheduling and the on-time, friendly people that picked up the furniture, to the scheduling and delivery of my furniture. Several years ago my mother used Ship Smart to ship me a dining room table and sideboard. The pieces arrived and were packed incredibly well as if they were being sent by a museum. So when my mother passed away and I needed to ship more of her furniture a thousand miles away, I knew to call Ship Smart. I cannot even begin to tell you how great the communication was - they answered calls, emails and kept me posted on my shipment. When the furniture arrived, it was packed expertly and every item was in impeccable condition. Ship Smart also followed up to make sure every item had arrived. At a time when I was so incredibly upset over the loss of my mother, the employees at Ship Smart were courteous and professional. My mind was totally at ease knowing her belongings were in good hands.

I was referred by 2 well know moving companies , both spoke highly of Ship Smart. During my initial call, Samantha was very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I received the quote and contract in a timely manner. Anytime I called with questions, I always spoke to a live person, never put on hold and received answers and reassurance to my questions. The 2 gentlemen that picked up my things were so professional and respectful and handled all my things with great care. I saved approximately 5-6,000 dollars that the larger moving companies quoted me.
