It was nice knowing that my clubs were on their way home with tracking number and customer service line should I need it. Definitely will be using them again.

The result was great
The result was great - my items arrived on time with no real issue. Only 2 items to share for constructive criticism : 1) The directions weren't clear - I received one set of directions through email, printable shipping forms and another through the fedex'd package. 2) The website told me I had to send my package on a Friday to be there by the following Friday (7 days). But my items arrived in just 3 days. This lead to a few issues with the hotel receiving the items and cost me $10/day in holding fees.

We had never used Ship & Play before…
We had never used Ship & Play before and it was SO easy. They sent our Fedex docs with easy to follow instructions. We dropped our bag at the front desk upon check-out and 2 days later our bags arrived at our doorstep. Could not have been easier!

Kudos to Paul H. At Ship & Play
I have to admit, after booking yesterday with Ship & Play I would never have given a good review as the process took thirty minutes. One representative disconnected and I had to wait all over again. Then along comes Paul H. I had some revisions to make to my reservation and she was precise, cheerful and took care of my issue promptly. Kudos to Paula & thx!!
