The best account manager
The account manager assigned to us, Steffanie Garcia, has been exceptional. She quickly grasped our business needs and adapted to our rapidly changing requirements as we expand our portfolio, which brings more processes and complexity. Steffanie maintains close communication with us and the operations team, which is crucial for our business.

Fernando from the onboarding team made…
Fernando from the onboarding team made my first experience with Shipmonk the most pleasant one ever, he walked me through every step with a smile and a level of professionalism I have ever seen. Zubin from the warehouse, was also so kind and professional, he explained to me what I need to do to make my drop off easier next time.. Abbie Thelusme was an amazing resource…
Abbie Thelusme was an amazing resource for my team and I throughout our time with shipmonk. Unfortunately we had to part ways with the company due to external factors, but Abbie made sure that we ended things on a positive note by proactively helping us ensure our account closure went smoothly.
