Excellent fulfilment and service
We have been using Shipmonk for several years now and are very happy with their service. Their support team holds regular meetings with us to tackle any issues but those are few and far between. The overall service is excellent and I would recommend them for anyone looking for an e-commerce fulfilment partner.

2 keys to success!
Dana Martin is hands down the best client experience manager we've had. She is an excellent problem solver and has amazing communication with the client. She goes the extra mile with a smile and humor (when needed!)! Nico is our Happiness Engineer. Absolute happiness from working with him! He is attentive and a great communicator.

Onboarding Experience - Bryce Clark
Bryce Clark was the onboarding associate who guided us through the entire ShipMonk onboarding process. From start to finish Bryce gave clear directions on every onboarding step. She also was available at any time to answer questions we had and provided clear and direct steps/answers every time. Without Bryce the onboarding experience would have been challenging but she made it a complete breeze.

A newbie to E-Commerce
As someone completely new to the ecommerce business, I found ShipMonk to be an amazing partner in preparing to launch my brand. Our onboarding specialist, Bryce, was nothing short of amazing! She helped answer all of my MANY questions with patience and helpfulness, but was always sure to show me where I could find the information out on my own. The onboarding process was very helpful for someone starting from scratch. I truly appreciate all of the helpful courses and videos ShipMonk made available to me to complete at my own pace. Can't Sing High Enough Praises!
Can't sing high enough praises for Franklin and the Shipmonk Team in Kentucky. When unexpected things happen (like a supplier inadvertently shipping a package of marketing samples for a photoshoot to a warehouse for sale), they responded with grace, poise and exactitude. Shipmonk was able to receive, repackage, and send out within hours, overnighting the package to its original destination and ready in time for the photoshoot! After a few years of a delighted partnership, it's wonderful that Shipmonk keeps making me see the value and quality behind their service. Great job Shipmonk! 👏 👏 👏

Nikki Fleming - 5 stars!!
After being at Shipmonk for a few years, we needed to make a change. We've had numerous HE over the years, but our final HE, Nikki Fleming, made our departure from Shipmonk a great experience.

Great Follow-Up
Kristy took the time to walk me through each and every charge/fee/cost on our monthly bills. She was able to clear up a lot of my confusion and helped me understand how I can work to reduce monthly cost. I appreciated the patience afforded me as I had many questions that needed clarification. I feel like Kristy is now part of our team!
