We have been using Shipmonk as our prime Fulfillment center for years. No other company we have used in the past can compare to the service we receive with Shipmonk.

This software has expedited the SALES GROWTH of my business by removing the headache of shipping, storing, and hiring staff to package and process orders. With this weight off of my shoulders, I can 100% focus on new product development and effective marketing to continue increasing my business' revenue. The thing I LEAST LIKE about this software is that I didn't know it existed YEARS before! I have been using this software since the summer of 2018. Before that, I was STRUGGLING to keep up with packaging hundreds of monthly orders. Fast forwards years later, we now have THOUSANDS of orders each month. Image if I was still self-packaging my own orders with our current volume. This software is a MUST HAVE for serious business owners that want to build a business that can fully operate on its own. Overall, this software is CRITICAL because it frees my time, gives me location independence to travel, and enjoy my family without worrying about packaging material, processing orders, or interacting with shipping companies. This software gives me the security and confidence knowing that I am building a sustainable business that can and does run without me needing to be present for every aspect.

ShipMonk does an amazing job for our subscription box business. Our Happiness Engineer is always available to answer questions and to ensure our builds are set I properly! During Covid the team went the extra mile to manage our shipping costs and to accommodate receiving delays. A+ service and great pricing. Highly recommend!

We transitioned to Shipmonk a little over a year ago. Working with Shipmonk allows us to maintain our timely shipping even when there are fluctuations in our order volume. The UI is easy overall. I'm looking forward to future improvements that will provide the clients with more visibility which will also help conserve everyone's time. Our Happiness Engineer is responsive and supportive. If you need fulfillment and shipping services, Shipmonk is a good option.

We've been working with shipmonk for the past 3 months and have had a great experience from the sales process through the onboarding to the actual running of our fulfilment. There is visibility into the statuses of each order, plus you can see the costs broken down for both fulfilment and shipping fees. We also have visibility into the inventory levels, can set up a safety stock, and do demand planning within the ShipMonk app. Good transparency overall. Support is responsive, typically getting back to us within two hours.
