We've been highly satisfied with the quality of the fulfilment operations and daily support of our dedicated customer success team. Christine and Audrey have been very responsive, thorough, and creative in solving our operational issues and long-term fulfillment objectives. They are the A-team. We are not satisfied with the commercial side of the Shipmonk relationship as our inquiries are met with irrational responses and opaque supporting data analysis.

We've been working with them for a while and the teams are responsive, despite some turnover. User experience is good on the app and it's pretty user friendly.

Got a quick response from the support team - Betsi. Over all is a good experience only some issues on shipping that needs to be resolved such as claims.

This review is specifically for Christopher Brown, our product manager. I appreciate Chris' responsiveness and willingness to help find solutions, whether to smaller problems or giant issues (we seem to face both quite regularly). I know when he says he's looking into a solution, he truly is. Many issues are out of both of our control, but nevertheless I do value working with someone who's straight, honest and responsive. Shipmonk have good UI for all kind of operations, Only thing it misses it somehow explaining why some of our shipments are late. Also the platform could be a bit better for B2B or FBA shipments. Otherwise we are satisfied with other services.

We have been clients with Shipmonk Tecate, MX for a year now. Although we have had our ups and downs in terms of the customer service and general experience, I want to give the Happiness Engineer Fernanda Pacheco a very positive review. Since she became our main point of contact, things have steadily improved. She's professional, responsible and communicates very well. Thank you Fernanda!

Shipmonk's rates are competitive, their software capabilities are strong compared to most other 3PL's, and they support speedy fulfillment of our DTC orders. We've had a couple issues with unclear direction from CS reps in the past, but issues have been resolved and we now have an excellent and very responsive rep helping us daily. I'd like to see more wholesale capabilities added in the future, but for purely DTC business they do the job well.

Always gets back in a timely manner.
