ShipMonk is absolutely a Top-Notch 3PL! At every level from onboarding, to everyday dedicated support to include their AMAZING warehouse Teams, just when I think they've raised the bar, they raise it again. High praise goes to Pascalle, Angela, Manelic, Gabrielle, and the incomparable Estrella, Ryan, and Robert. These amazing humans all strive to be above industry standards in supporting their accounts. If you are looking for stellar communication and strong, principled support for your shipping and logistics needs, you have to look to ShipMonk as the #1 choice. THEY ARE AWESOME!! **Date of experience will reflect 12/7/2023, but it has been this way from day 1!

Excellent Customer Service, seamless Shopify Integration
Straightforward Shopify integration and a clean, easy-to-use interface. Our Happiness Engineer, Francisco, has always been a massive help and is always available to help with any problems we encounter.

WOW... They made the process easy!
Making the move to partner with a 3PL for our eCommerce site was pretty scary! But Pascalle and the team at Shipmonk have gone over and above in supporting us during the transition. We've been super impressed with their communication and timely responses. We'll definitely be recommending Shipmonk!

Happiness Engineer Sarah Box is Amazing!
Our company has been working with Shipmonk for almost 3 years. I have to say that Sarah Box is exceptional. Sarah is very organized, super punctual, and very effective when it comes to helping us communicate and get tasks done. The main person that keeps from going with another 3PL service is Sarah Box, we look forward to growing our relationship with Shipmonk going forward.

So happy we chose ShipMonk!
After much time and research we couldn't be happier with choosing ShipMonk!!! Their customer service is fantastic and they were so helpful and prompt with help and instructions! Our stores are now linked with their fulfillment center and we can just focus on SALES!!! Thank you ShipMonk!!!
