I just started working with ShipHero but have nothing but good things to say about their team and company - everyone from sales, onboarding, to their customer service is attentive and is happy to answer any and all questions you have. Especially for a small brand, moving all my inventory to a warehouse to focus on larger tasks, was a daunting undertaking but the team at ShipHero made it very seamless, took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially for smaller brands that have been turned away by other 3PL's!

Can't express how satisfied I am with this fulfillment service. The warehouse picks, packs, and ships at lightning speeds. My customers are all impressed how well everything is packed and how fast they receive their orders. I highly recommend to any business.
