I contacted my local FBI field office after making an agreement to ship my auto from the east coast. This is a scam, bait and switch company that prey's on the unknowing and misinformed. You do not need to pay any money up front and they will tell you anything just to get a cancellation fee. In my case, they agreed to $675 with pickup the next day. The next day came and I reached out and they, Max and his supervisor tried some tactic that said the price went up to $1,300. Who does business like this? These are broken english, call center characters who need to be held accountable by USA/FBI/Law Enforcement. They messed with the wrong person and I called American Express and the FBI. I only hope this review warns other before falling for their fraudulent scheme. I generally prefer my anonymity but these guys deserve to be called out...

This is my first time to get an auctioned bike and ask for shipping. The process has been so smooth. Rebecca Smith was the one taking care of the shipping process and what I did was just call and provide the address. Less than a week the bike was in front of my house. They have drivers all around major coparts or lots so you will ship your vehicle fast. I will definitely stick with them.
