Very good company to work with. I had a really good time working with Roger Williams and number (786) 876 9428 . We had some problems during the shipment of order 30557797 , but he could help to solve them and the shipment went smooth. Thank you guys for being professional !

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in the car hauling industry. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable from start to finish. They gave me a quote, promised a pickup date, and then completely disappeared without any proper updates. I had to follow up multiple times, and every time I got a new excuse. The communication was terrible, and they clearly have no respect for timelines or commitments. Not only did they delay the shipment, but they also tried to change the price last minute — after everything was supposedly confirmed. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is exactly what gives this industry a bad name. If you’re looking for reliability, professionalism, and peace of mind — avoid Ship Auto Now LLC at all costs. You’re better off working with a company that actually values your time and business.

I agreed upon a set price for shipment of my vehicle and the company could not meet up with my delivery schedule. After I received my reimbursement, the company engaged in practices that are creating unnecessary stress and confusion. They have significantly increased the bid for your vehicle on the load board, making it difficult for other companies to compete fairly. This approach is not only unprofessional but also creates complications for you as the customer.

My representative Brad was super awesome and helpful. He kept contact me each step of the way, he even negotiated price on my behalf. He was very pleasant and helpful, also very resourceful. He always returns my call and kept me informed. I would recommend This company for your car shipping.
