Worst company. Stay away from them. Do not use ShipaFreight for any type of freight. They will transfer your shipment to small companies without your consent. Then you will have to contact those companies and they are even worst than ShipaFreight. So stay away!

Good Experience, great service thanks

If I could choose a minus figure I would. This company is total garbage. DO NOT pay for any services through this company. They quote one price and immediately increase the price on you after, even when you did everything they asked you to do. If you don't pay, they hold your items hostage.

I have tried shipa twice. Cheap price. But prepare to wait months for your cargo to be shipped to the destination. From booking to cargo collection, to boarding on a vessel, prepare about 2-3 months of waiting time. Lots of false promise. My experience is from malaysia to US and from Malaysia to UK. I thought the delay was due to covid, but on the second shipment, after reading comments, i believe their standards is actually very poor and slow. Well thats why its cheap. You pay for what you get a lousy service.
