They did get me my shipment in one piece. However they stick you with extra charges and what option do you have but to pay when they have your shipment held hostage. For this reason I would never use this company again

I was sent an email about their services so clicked to get a quote. When I got to the end it asked me to sign up and my quote will be waiting for me once I do. I signed up and there was no quote. So I filled out everything again to get a response saying there are no quotes available. Which seems crazy as I ship regularly with my business and we're always able to get a quote. I then emailed them to check everything was ok and whether someone could look into why there are no quotes available and never got a response. Been a waste of time, yet they still target me for their business 😂🤦♀️
