Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I had never shipped a car before, but Greg at Ship a Car Direct made this so easy for me. The shipping from Oregon to NJ took about a week , and Greg kept in touch the entire time. I would recommend SaCD to anyone.

I was very satisfied with Ship a Car Direct - especially after bad experiences I had with other brokers trying to ship my car. They found me a truck within 3 days after I put my order, and the car was picked up and delivered on time, with no delays and no problems. The shipment from PA to CA took 5 days. Customer service was excellent and the person I was talking on the phone (Emily) was very kind. I would recommend this service.

After researching on transport review.com, I quoted several companies with good reviews (also good credit from BBB). Emily from ship-a-car-direct sent me very useful tips on how to ship a car so I decided to give it a try. Everything was arranged, except that they told me that the carrier was CAA transportation. As the review of CAA transportation was not so perfect, I called Emily immediately. She reassured me that this was a good carrier but they don't actively pay attention to review. She also told me I can change a carrier if I don't feel comfortable with it. Since CAA claims to ship thousands of car each year and they only get several bad reviews. So I decided to give them a try too. Everything went smoothly. The car was shipped on time and arrived on time. The driver was very responsible and took a lot of pictures for the car. The car had no damage. Very good experience.

I was skeptical of how long it would take, I've heard so many nightmare stories from others, but this was right on time and the driver called me one hour prior to delivery so I could be home. It was great service, I highly recommend this company.

Emily was Fantastic.-stayed on top of the whole process.Pick up and delivery were right on time!. Car unscathed upon delivery. Would use again.

Needed car in Texas quickly. Found Ship a Car Direct and negotiated the price with Matt. No guarantees but encouragement that it would get picked up and delivered asap. Next day I heard from a driver and within five days car was delivered. Plus the videos explained the process. Highly recommend

Had to ship my daughters car from Wisconsin to Florida. We had no idea how to do this or what to expect. The reviews for Ship A Car Direct made me want to get a quote. Price was better than I thought. The when I was able to talk to Tom once we decided to place the order, I was even more confident. The videos that were sent from SACD were great and very helpful. Pick up driver was great and they contacted us prior to pick up an delivery with enough time to prepare. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. We had a change of address for delivery and that wasn't even a problem! Highly recommend them!

I needed my car shipped from Northern California to North Carolina. It was hard to know what company to choose for the move. After researching a few and getting many calls from other companies, I decided to contact Ship a Car Direct to get a quote. The broker, Matt made the whole process quick and easy. I was afraid that my car would be late because of some bad weather but it arrived exactly when I needed it to. The trucking company Matt found was dependable and was always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, Ship a Car Direct provided me with great service and anyone looking to ship a car would be in good hands with this company.
