This was my first time shipping my car from one state to another. I'm glad that I found Ship A car Direct. Matt was very friendly and extremely helpful in planning the whole process. All I needed to do was to tell the desired pickup day. The carrier Vitaliy was very friendly and professional, especially considering that my vehicle was scheduled to be shipping during the recent snowstorms in the east coast. The delivery date was 2 days earlier than the estimate date. Thank you very much for your great service !!! I highly recommended Ship A Car Direct to all of my friends and my relatives.

I would refer this company to anybody who needs to have a vehicle transported. The price is right and you don't have to worry about fighting the traffic across the country. This was also the first time we did anything like this so we did get a little nervous. Everything worked just fine.

I moved from Marshalltown-IA ( A place in the middle of no where..search on the google) to Houston TX. I wanted my car to be moved and i was approched by my multiple companies. Tom from Ship a car direct approached me and set the right expectation that it will be hard to get the car picked but he will get the job done. BUT, as i was approached by multiple companies, i picked up Motor Movers Auto transport company and it turned out to be nightmare. They wasted 10 days but still were not able to find any carrier, everytime i called they use to give my some stupid execuse like the system is down or they are working blah blah. Finally when i was only 5 days away from my travel date i cancelled their Order and called Tom from Ship a Car direct. He was kind enough to take my order and he worked with me everyday till a carrier was found. The carrier was Auto Jet transport and he delivered my car right on time as promised. Thank a Lot!! Ship a Car direct, you guys are the best!!!!......I would like to suggest everyone that do not get stuck with cheap and unprofessional guys in this business rather rely on Ship a Car direct and get your car moved without any Headaches as moving itself is big headache.

Compared with my last car shipping experience with another company, Ship A Car Direct is much much better. Two years ago I had to ship my honda odyssey from CA to GA, I used another company, I was promised to have my car in two weeks, but it actually took them 2 more weeks to transport my car including 2 weeks they put my car in LA waiting for a carrier. I have to extend my car rental in GA for 2 more weeks which cost me $400 more. Last month I changed my job back to CA and I need to be there asap. I found Ship A Car Direct, Matt actually found me a carrier who can pick up my car the next day! I was even surprised that the driver told me that they would deliver my car in 4 days. The delivery was actually one day earlier, no damage no hassle. This is a totally good experience with them. Highly recommended!
