We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Ship A Car Direct. Our son's vehicle was damaged in an accident two states away from our home. Ship A Car Direct arranged transport of the vehicle back to our home after the body work was completed. The car arrived in excellent condition and arrived one day sooner than expected. The transport driver was professional and courteous. There were no issues of concern. We will use Ship A Car Direct in the future should the need arise.

My car was delivered right on time,even a little early than i expected. I was able to drive my car the same day I landed in my destination. I even have suggested another friend who is trying to transport his car to another state to use the SHIP A CAR DIRECT.

I reviewed quite a few transport companies, and wasn't sure if I could trust any of the reviews. The reason I chose this company was because they use reliable contractors that are rated high by the better business bureau. Even with some of the worst weather across the United States, they were pretty close to the estimated delivery date. The cost was lower than most, and the communication was wonderful. I would use again in the future. Don't hesitate to use them!

I had never shipped my car before and was intimidated by the idea of those big open trucks, but I was assigned to Emily, who was very friendly and clear in her explanations. She sent me helpful information before we even spoke over the phone, and consistently kept in touch with me to answer all my questions. The driver, Wade, first called me a couple of days too early, but we worked out the schedule and he was consistently communicative about time estimates. The door-to-door service was amazing, the whole process was so much easier than I'd expected. I'd use them again and definitely recommend their service.

I am a second time repeat customer who used Tom as my agent. I did much research both times I wanted to ship my car and found the many ways that someone can get screwed over. However, I decided to go with Ship a Car because my first experience was great. They were very helpful and my car got there a day earlier than I expected. Representatives from both companies responded to phone calls, text messages, and emails in a timely fashion. As I shipped my vehicle from the east to the west coast, I appreciated such ongoing communication throughout the process. I also valued their scheduling flexibility as we were working around multiple snowstorms in the mid-Atlantic. I highly recommended them!

I needed to get a car to my sons in college halfway across the country. When I initially looked for estimates for shipping the car, Emily was the first to respond. Her estimate subsequently served as the baseline for comparing the multitude of other bids I received. As these other bids rolled in, I could see that Ship a Car Direct was by no means the cheapest bidder. (Bids ranged from $650 to $850, plus one $1500 quote for a closed transport). I also received several "bids" that included no prices, but only the "we have a truck in your area and can give you a good deal" messages that Emily (and others) warned about. Fortunately, I had about 2 weeks before I needed to ship the car, and was able to research the bidders and read reviews documenting the horrors others have experienced with their shipments. The things that sold me on Ship a Car Direct: 1) they are accredited with the Better Business Bureau; 2) they have an "A" rating with the BBB; 3) the relative lack of negative reviews online posted by their customers; 4) they provided information to help educate the customer, as well as warn the customer of tactics used by other less savory players in the industry; 5) (and this is a big one) they maintain and use their black list of transporters with whom they have had issues in the past so neither they nor their customers have to deal with those troublemakers again; 6) they guarantee that if any damage occurs, they make sure the customer will not have to pay for repairs. I could have possibly saved a few $$ by going elsewhere, but I could have also been eaten alive by hidden fees and other costs. With Ship a Car Direct, my car was picked up the next morning, I received updates on its location during the move, and it was delivered in perfect condition a couple of days later. Bottom line: Ship a Car Direct moved my car for a decent and reasonable price while providing "no worries" and peace of mind. Highly recommended!
