Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

This was the third company I've worked with and buy far the best.. they don't take your money before looking for you a driver and provide good service. I'd definitely use them again and recommend these guys over other companies.

I just want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one on your team for an outstanding support and transparency on shipping my car from CA to Boston. Shipadirect was able to find a carrier within days of my request at a reasonable price. The carrier was also great in that –they went well beyond my expectations –in adjusting my time frame to picking up the car in California and dropping off in Boston, Massachusetts. They provided daily updates on where the car was and the ETA of the arrival. Never having anything shipped cross country, I was nervous about the whole ordeal. The video that the CEO put together on how the whole process works- was the key in choosing you –and put me at ease in selecting you as the supplier. I couldn’t have asked for better results.. If anyone is looking for a reference from me, I would be more than willing to give without any second thought. Sincerely, Absu Methratta

We used Ship A Car Direct for our recent move to Florida. They shipped my truck for me. I spoke with Tom on the phone and he was knowledgeable and helpful. Everything went great! Tom told us just what to expect, the transport picked up my truck on time, the driver was nice and explained the next steps to me. My truck was delivered on time in Florida, not a scratch on it! I would definetly use them in the future!!!!

I needed to ship my vehicle from NYC to Jacksonville FL in a relatively short amount of time. After researching out carriers, relentlessly, and getting an array of prices but no one I actually felt comfortable with, I found Ship-A-Car-Direct on the BBB website. I figured I'd get a quote. The initial quote wasn't the cheapest I had received but also far from the most costly. After reading many many many reviews and seeing that this company was BBB accredited (something extremely rare in this business) I went ahead with contacting an agent. Greg worked with me through and through, understood my concerns and was available nearly 24/7 to answer my many neurotic questions. I like the fact that the customer doesn't pay a deposit until a carrier that is approved by the CUSTOMER is locked in and assigned. After booking the carrier, it took less than a full day for them to arrive. Every single carrier I spoke to prior to SACD insisted because I lived in urban NYC, I'd have to meet the tow truck some distance from my house. SACD managed to find a carrier with a small enough tow that could actually meet me at my door on the busy streets of NYC! It was a very smooth transition all in all and worth the price. I would recommend SACD to anyone, anytime. They pleased this neurotic New Yawker - they're that good.

We shipped our son's car from Nevada to Texas with Ship A Car Direct. The couple who picked up the car did an outstanding job. The car left NV on a Monday morning and arrived in Texas on Wednesday morning. The car arrived in excellent shape. The cost was reasonable and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone who is going to ship a car anywhere in the U.S.

This was first time I had vehicle transported so I was a bit cautious on process. After discussing situation with Ship a car Direct contact Matt, I decided to go with them. The price was fair, they explained the process and answered all my questions and located a transport company who picked the car up within 2 days of me placing the order. The car was delivered to CT a day or two early and in good shape. I would use these guys again.

I was nervous as I have never shipped a car before. Matt at Ship a Car Direct walked me through the process and answered all my questions. They were realistic about the pick-up and delivery dates. Also they promptly followed up post delivery. Overall excellent service!!

A friend of mine recommended Ship A Car Direct for us to send a car from St. Louis to Seattle. From the beginning, they made it about as simple as could be. Plus, they were able to get our car on a trailer much faster than I expected. I would definitely use them again.
