My car was only 5 months old when I needed to have it shipped across country. I was stressed out about having it transported in an open carrier, but Matt assured me that it would be taken care of, and if something happened to it that their damage free guarantee would cover it. I was also getting worried when no carrier had been assigned 4 days before the pickup date I requested. Matt said it was typical to occur within a few days of the requested date, and he was not surprised. He took the initiative to call around, and within a few hours of my call he was able to find a carrier for me. The emails that are sent out after a quote is requested are helpful and informative. Matt also followed up the day after delivery to ensure that my car arrived as expected. I did not see any new scratches or dings, and the carrier even washed it down due to salt/sand after a snow storm he encountered right after pickup. Overall, I am very happy with the service of Ship A Car Direct and the carrier (Absolute Auto Transport).

Having never shipped a car before, I was fortunate to find this company. The videos on the website answered questions succinctly and well. I got a fair price, nice driver, car picked up the day after my order, and delivery to my daughter across the country a week later. I chose an open carrier and the car arrived dirty, but that was to be expected. I have no complaint about the experience, the service or the outcome.

I ordered my Lexus to be shipped from California to Texas. After having a great experience talking with Jason, my car was picked up on the same day and right on time. The driver is very nice and professional. He called me a day before delivering my car and an hour before coming to my place. I have no problems or issues with them after receiving my car. Matt ,the broker was able to arrange shipment on 28th February , day requested after calling him the day before. Price was reasonable and car arrived safely and undamaged on 7th March .I was able to communicate with the truck driver and informed of arrival and pick up time. Thank you and continue the good work. Tom was great to work with any questions I had he made sure they were answered fast and in depth kept me up to date every step of the way there pricing is the best out there I have no complaints and will use them again thanks

We had both cars shipped from AZ to FL. They were both in our possession the same evening we flew in. We weren't without a vehicle, that's huge when there are so many other expenses when relocating. Thank you Tom.
