Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

Ship a Car Direct is professional, punctual, courteous, and competitive with their rates. I only had one week to secure a transport company to move cross country. I found Ship a Car Direct online with fantastic ratings, which held true for my experience. My car arrived on time in excellent condition. I will definitely use them again next time and highly recommend them.

Ship a Car Direct was always easy to get ahold of and always had great customer service. Kay explained every step with shipping my car across country and was always there if I had any questions through a phone call or even emails on weekends. I was kept updated on when my car would arrive and it did on time. I would definitely use this company again in the future!

Good and fair price. Prompt On-time pick-up in California and drop off in New Jersey. My car was undamaged and in great shape after the 2500 mile journey. Everything happened when it was supposed to. Prompt responses to my questions throughout the process by Matt ,my customer service rep. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct to others and will use them again if I have a similar need.

The decision to look into shipping our car vs. driving was simple. The thoughts about who to trust to ship it, what it would entail, how to verify insurance, etc etc...not so simple. After doing some on line research, I found SACD. Oh happy day! Their website answered many of my questions and some I'd not yet thought of (but would have in the middle of the night). Jason was the SACD professional representative I dealt with and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The company that actually did the shipping was very accommodating and our car was delivered with no issues. I highly recommend SACD and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I never shipped a car before and didn't know what to expect. Ship a Car Direct provided videos that covered every aspect of the process making it easy. The broker, Tom, kept in touch during the process which let me know things were progressing as planned. Their guarantee of dependable and vetted carriers added to the confidence of a worry free transport. Their shipper was friendly, courteous and shipped on schedule. Would highly recommend their service.

My wife and I were delighted with our ENTIRE car shipping experience with Ship a Car Direct and Monway Express, Inc., in the transport a few weeks ago of our automobile from Lake Forest, Illinois to Scottsdale, Arizona. The driver, NK, was terrific in all respects: very professional, courteous, and competent. Our car even arrived two days earlier than estimated and it was in perfect condition. NK kept us informed via text and phone calls all along the route, and he was extremely helpful in making sure that we had a well-coordinated and efficient pick-up on both ends of the transport. We would certainly recommend with enthusiasm Ship a Car Direct to anyone with no reservations whatever. Michael Ferrari
