Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I am very skeptical when it comes to email, phone offers. I usually delete before opening. I searched and due to ratings found Ship A Car Direct. The service was top notch. I paid deposit which was reasonable and remaining balance upon delivery. Moving is stressful. Matt and his staff took me down a few notches to calm. If you want the best moving your property, don't hesitate, call Matt and ship your car Direct.

Better than expected no problems.

This was my first time hiring a car shipping company. I did my research online, read the reviews and picked Ship A Car Direct. The process of setting up the shipment of my 1977 Trans Am was easier than I expected, I simply made a call, talked with Tom and he did the rest. Everything was explained in detail and left me with no questions to ask. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time with no damage. If you still have any doubts, simply call Ship A Car Direct and they will lead you through the whole process.

I had never shipped a car before. Didn't know where to go or how the process works. Money is tight but I need peace of mind. Found Ship-A-Car-Direct based on other's reviews. They explain the entire process to me, give me a reasonable quote, then hold my hand the whole way through. They offer me the necessary peace of mind and I end up with a car where it needs to be in the same condition I gave it to them in the time committed. Now I am here trying to help others get the same...

Being a first time shipper of my car from Oregon to Florida, I was most skeptical of the shipping brokers....most of them promised the world and their answers were almost too good to be true further raising my concerns...I read reviews on different sites and Ship-A-Car-Direct was always atop the lists. I contacted them and was pleasantly surprised by the extended telephone conversations. They asked me questions plus answered all of my concerns. They delivered the shipping company as promised and the vehicle was quickly picked up and delivered. No surprises. It all went as planned. I certainly recommend them.

My car was shipped from the Nashville, TN area to Los Angeles, CA and it was a very smooth process. The car arrived on time and in great shape. I would recommend this company to anyone for seamless auto transport.

Everything went smoothly as explained by Kay and my BMW arrived to my complete satisfaction. I thank the good Lord for helping me select Ship A Car Direct and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Kay for a job well done! GOD BLESS! PHYLLIS

The entire process couldn't have been smoother. I first visited the website and then called to ask a few particular questions. Matt answered all of them very thoroughly and I then processed the order online. I received a confirmation number along with the shipper's name and phone number, and information on the schedule. I received a phone call and email from Matt when the car was picked up, and it actually arrived at my home 1 day earlier than I expected, which made me very happy. Most importantly, the car was in the same exact condition it was when I left it. I would definitely use this firm again the next time I transport a vehicle.
